HazCom/RTK Labels
OVERVIEW
HazCom/RTK Labels help keep material storage at medical facilities OSHA compliant.
DuraLabel specially designed these labels to conform with OSHA standards and provide clear readability and lasting performance on medical material storage. Colored with RTK compliant graphics and protected by a 3.2-mil topcoat, HazCom/RTK Labels communicate hazardous material information simply and clearly.
A thick color bar provides extra space for big fonts so work area personnel can properly recognize "Health," "Flammability" and "Reactivity" hazard classifications. Blanks for large fonts improve visibility at a distance, so medical personnel are aware of hazardous materials before Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
LabPRO HazCom/RTK Labels were specifically formatted for labeling, tagging and marking hazardous material containers as specified by OSHA. Die-cut and ready to peel-and-stick, these labels are made for use with the LabPRO Printer and LabPRO Standard Ribbons.

Application: Use as hazardous material identification required by OSHA code. RTK Color Bar Labels are commonly used to identify the contents of: medical supplies, chemicals, drums, drum lockers, bins, shelving, boxes, material baskets and pesticide cabinets, as well as being used on doors and entryways.

WARRANTY: All statements, technical information and recommendations about Graphic Products products are based upon tests believed to be reliable but do not constitute a guarantee or warranty. All Graphic Products products are sold with the understanding that Purchaser has independently determined the suitability of such products for its purposes. Graphic Products products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for either one year (or the period stated on the specific product information literature in effect at time of delivery, if longer) from date of shipment if said product is properly stored and applied. It is expressly agreed and understood that Graphic Products sole obligation and Purchaser's exclusive remedy under this warranty, under any other warranty, express or implied, or otherwise, shall be limited to repair or replacement of defective product without charge at Graphic Products plant or at the location of product (at Graphic Products election), or in the event replacement or repairs is not commercially practical, to Graphic Products issuing Purchaser a credit reasonable in light of the defect in the product. Graphic Products liability for defective products shall not exceed the purchase price paid therefore by Purchaser and in no event shall Graphic Products be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages whether foreseeable or not, caused by defects in such product, whether such damage occurs or is discovered before or after replacement or credit, and whether or not such damage is caused by Graphic Products negligence.
NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE, OR OTHERWISE (EXCEPT AS TO TITLE), OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE WHICH ARE MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, SHALL APPLY TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY GRAPHIC PRODUCTS. GRAPHIC PRODUCTS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER SUCH WARRANTIES. NO WAIVER, ALTERATION, ADDITION OR MODIFICATION OF THE FOREGOING CONDITIONS SHALL BE VALID UNLESS MADE IN WRITING AND MANUALLY SIGNED BY AN OFFICER OF GRAPHIC PRODUCTS.
