OVERVIEW
Security in laboratories and medical facilities can be improved with tamper-evident labels.
Laboratory Tamper-Evident Tape is a scientifically engineered material now available in a continuous labeling tape to help deter tampering.
This tape can be used to print most any text or pictogram, even barcodes. With built-in tamper-evident technology, printed labels cannot be removed from attached surfaces without visible damage.
Laboratory Tamper-Evident Tape fragments when removed from surfaces, like dry paint. Once fragmented, this tape can no longer be reapplied to hide evidence of tampering.
Tamper-Evident Supplies make alterations less attractive to criminals and helps seal material lids and assure the identification itself has not been altered.

*Clean surface with isopropanol alcohol prior to application. Allow for a 24 to 48-hour set-up period prior to use in security applications. Surface must be free from oil and dust.

Graphic Products products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for either one year (or the period stated on the specific product information literature in effect at time of delivery, if longer) from date of shipment if said product is properly stored and applied. It is expressly agreed and understood that Graphic Products sole obligation and Purchaser's exclusive remedy under this warranty, under any other warranty, express or implied, or otherwise, shall be limited to repair or replacement of defective product without charge at Graphic Products plant or at the location of product (at Graphic Products election), or in the event replacement or repairs is not commercially practical, to Graphic Products issuing Purchaser a credit reasonable in light of the defect in the product. Graphic Products liability for defective products shall not exceed the purchase price paid therefore by Purchaser and in no event shall Graphic Products be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages whether foreseeable or not, caused by defects in such product, whether such damage occurs or is discovered before or after replacement or credit, and whether or not such damage is caused by Graphic Products negligence.
NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE, OR OTHERWISE (EXCEPT AS TO TITLE), OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE WHICH ARE MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, SHALL APPLY TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY GRAPHIC PRODUCTS. GRAPHIC PRODUCTS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER SUCH WARRANTIES.
