OVERVIEW
Use UL 969 Compliant Poly Tapes to comply with special labeling codes and requirements.
Wherever labeling applications call for the use of UL 969 "approved" labels, use this durable poly supply. DuraLabel UL 969 Compliant Poly Tapes come protected by a glossy and durable facestock, made for printing with a DuraLabel PRO Printer. A strong, industrial adhesive provides the necessary long-term attachment to many common manufacturing surfaces.
Specially made for lasting service in rough handling environments, UL 969 Tapes help manufacturers meet "recognized" requirements for labels and/or "listed" requirements for entire products.
The UL 969 standard establishes labeling material requirements used in manufacturing. These commonly include name-plates or markers bearing information, instructions or identification.

Graphic Products liability for defective products shall not exceed the purchase price paid therefore by Purchaser and in no event shall Graphic Products be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages whether foreseeable or not, caused by defects in such product, whether such damage occurs or is discovered before or after replacement or credit, and whether or not such damage is caused by Graphic Products negligence.
NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE, OR OTHERWISE (EXCEPT AS TO TITLE), OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE WHICH ARE MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, SHALL APPLY TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY GRAPHIC PRODUCTS.
